Founded in 1993, it established a plan for manufacturing cosmetic products at the town of Al-Hash, mid-way between the cities of Homs and Tartous. Madonna Co. is duly licensed by and subject to the control of the Syrian Ministry of Health. The company manufacturers skin care and body care products, in addition to cosmetic products, under the trademark GELLE FRERES, under license granted by PAB, Paris, France. Total area of the plant 1000 sq. m and built area 1400 sq. m. The company employs 55 persons, 15 of who are university graduated in chemistry, pharmacy, and business administration, while the rest of them hold at least the secondary education certificate. The company exports its products to some Arab Countries. Its production includes GELLE FRERES Products:
1-Moistening, feeding and wrinkle masking creams.
2-Sun protection creams.
3-Face peeling and mask creams.
4-Body care creams for lifting, trimming, breast lifting, and forming, removal of belly and feet cracks.
5-Face make-up, lipstick, mascara, and kohl.
