MPI is one of the seven manufacturers in the world to have installed “one step granulation technology” as well as the most advanced centralized computer controlled system “IBM AS/400” with software BPCS “Business Planning Control System”. In order to maintain the company leading role in the Syrian pharmaceutical industry, it has been assessed and approved by SGS - YARSLEY on 06.03.97 as fulfilling the requirements of the ISO 9002, and this was not surprising because MPI is staffed with highly qualified personnel (pharmacists, medical doctors, chemists, engineers and highly qualified technicians) totaling up to 140 employees (60% of which are university graduates).
